Condition
Framed: 45 x 33 1/2 inches.Moderate deposits of surface dirt and dust; under a moderately discolored varnish layer; instances of small paint losses scattered through the upper half, with a horizontal paint loss through the upper center, approximately 1 1/2 inches in length; additional small lines of paint losses as a result of scratches to the paint surface in the lower right and left corners, with one paint loss affecting the "d" in the signature; scattered brown stains in the center right; thin, horizontal scuff marks along the upper edge, likely caused by the frame. Under UV light: the discolored varnish and brown stains in the center right fluoresce, but no apparent inpainting is visible. Additional images available upon request.
